Letting agent reviews for Mack Residential in Cheltenham

Seemed only interested in getting the booking and fee. All correspondence by email, not keen on phone calls. Never conducted 3 month inspections that i think are good practice. Manager was not even aware we handed back keys at end of tenancy does this mean they can not communicate internally?

Had to be chased to get any repairs done at the property, then some of the things they said they'd fix appeared on the charges on the checkout report.

Had some disagreements over the deductions from the deposit, but resolved these fairly easily
