Agency fees where ok, £30 pounds for admin. Repairs took months to be fixed. We often had to keep messaging and constantly complaining before anything would be done. Sometimes things just didn't get fixed in the end. Sometimes I would message and not get any replies. The front door lock broke down twice and both times they took months to fix it. We didn't feel very safe at those times.
