Letting agent reviews for Apex Homes in Leeds

Absolutely awful. Very inefficient at replying and have a total lack of empathy for our needs. Has been a month and still don't have wifi (which is now only due in month 2).

They seem quite professional overall. Prices are OK but still really too high. Not good in emergencies. Their ‘24hr emergency line’ was called at 6pm and no reply til 12pm the following day! Usually let us know when they are coming there’s been a couple unexpected visits though.
What I will say is that the agency have been very helpful and understanding in terms of paying rents etc.

Horrible and rude. They keep harrassing us saying we owe them money (the figure changes every time, usually not even a multiple of our rent) even though I have been in with bank statements proving I have paid all of my rent, they have threatened me with court action. They take advantage of young people who have just started living away from home.
