Terrible customer service once you've moved in, there were several problems at my property during my stay and they never got fixed.

Staff lie to you to get you off the phone/stop emailing

Go with another letting agent or be left disappointed/in dangerous living conditions

Nice at the start but began to be pushy around the start of November telling me I had to decide whether I'm staying next year. They don't take personal situations into account and had three viewings a week until the middle of January.
