Landlord rating
We have taken the landlords to court and have been awarded over £5000. The landlords refused to return our deposit despite us fitting a new kitchen, fencing and making general improvements (because they wouldn't). However they did not bother to protect the deposit and was rude and ignored our letters.

Property rating
We started renting this property in 2016 and we quickly realised it needed a lot of work doing to it. The property has no radiators (uses blow air heating), it uses a big immersion heater (that would regularly stop working) to heat the water, the window seals were filled with cling film and there was a huge leak internally from the roof which caused mould all throughout the property and damp. Landlords made no improvements during our 6 years and we even had to decorate.
