Letting agent reviews for Madison Oakley, Oldfield Park

Agency did a lot to help us and answered our fix requests through fix flow which we loved, but there was unnessecary drama when they wanted to fix thewet wall, during our tenancy. We thought this decision was unacceptable to tear a wall down when students are still living there. We clearly are a no shoe household, very obvious by the shoe rack at the front of the house yet when the agent did house tours with new students he told them all to keep them on as it 'doesnt matter'. I think new students need to be cognizant of what the heating is turned up to when you view the house, because the agents will crank up the heating to make it appear warmer than it is. I also think it's exploitative to push Unihomes onto new students (in a way that seems like madison oakley is being paid to do) when they as adults know that realistically, using individual providers is more than 50 pounds cheaper per month. Unihomes bills is a scam. Absolutely unacceptable and frugal that one room had a childrens wardrobe instead of an adults one when we moved in.
