terrible. no contact in 4 years then have not given back any of deposit 10 weeks after departure although amount/deduction agreed with landlord. have started TDS complain procedure

Absolutely shocking. Failed to check on the issues, or worse - lied. Failed to act on complaints, and ripped me off at the end.

Unacceptable. Unwilling to take any blame having done zero due diligence on the property, then looking to blame me and charge exorbitant fees to move somewhere where I can actually sleep.

The agency were great for the 3 years we lived there. Only had one incident where there was a leak to the downstairs neighbour that took ages to sort.
