The shoddiest letting experience I have ever had in London. We were in a property managed by AssetGrove for 15 months, they did very little right. Complaints include:
1) The property had not been professionally cleaned before we moved in - the kitchen was unusable for several weeks
2) Repeatedly changed our property manager without notifying us or updating the contact details we had
3) Did not give us access to our meter readings for six months, leaving us with inflated keys
4) Left us with an unsafe garden environment for months without returning our calls or emails
5) Entered the property without due warning
6) Broke the lock to the property while we were on holiday
7) Gave the next-door neighbours permission to bring a digger through our garden, crushing our plants, without consulting us first
8) Did not notify us that our home had been sold
9) Did not acknowledge our notice of moving out
10) Failed to communicate internally that we were vacating the property, leading to staff members calling us regarding the property after we have moved out
11) Failed to arrange for the return of our keys or our deposit
12) Lost our keys within their office once we had returned them, tried to blame us and refused to return our deposit until they had found them again
