Barely ever answered unless they wanted to raise rent and their answers were a waste of time to read as they didnt want to look after their properties and are utterly rude male shevonous arrogant... . I had eternal problems like foxes living under the floor that actually got into the neighbours (also rented by them) flat. I caught dozens of mice (not joking). I had water coming in through a crack in brickwork by door, they said it was nornmal for water to come in to flats when it rained and there was nothing to be done so I went to a DIY store and asked what to do and filled it myself - and so it goes on but theres only so many months of my life I wish to waste on them. I moved on now as they raised my rent and said I had up to two months to move out. I was on a rolling contract which allows me to leave in one, so I left in one and now I am in dispute still with mydeposit scheme settling it as they wouldnt honour the one month, insisted I HAD to stay the two months I got given to vacate if I didn't accept the second raise in a awful flat where everything is falling to pieces. On top of that they had men coming into my flat 5 times a year and having a little chat about appartment and not even taking pictures to them turn up again and do the same thing. As if you want random men popping around having a walk around your flat every two seconds during covid especially. AVOID AT ALL MEANS - the fact their flats are a bit cheaper comes with all the problems in the world and you will end up fixing things out of your own pocket and not getting your deposit back.
