The letting agent is highly effective at addressing maintenance issues in the studio. However, they have not been transparent regarding the payment ofbills. For two years, we've been covering energy bills that were not actually ours because they never provided guidance on identifying our specific energy meter. Additionally, there are some connections that are not associated with our flat but are somehow linked to our energy meter.
