The agency were awful, would never use again. They were so slow and were not helpful with anything we said.

Repairs were supposedly directed to a maintenance e-mail which was hardly ever checked. The letting agent office was almost opposite our property and more times than not they were closed when they should have been open. Repeated e-mails eventually gained a reply often promising to request landlord's permission to do repairs but this rarely happened. Maintenance repair men were sent without warning which constitutes a breach of contract. Very untrustworthy company, lack of care for their tenants and zero responsibility taken for delays and poor service.
