Very high agency fees, flat left in very good condition at end of tenancy however Baskeys charged the whole deposit (~£700) as cleaning fees despite the flat being left in near perfect condition. Clearly an agency that tries to grab money for nothing, has a reputation for this before we moved in but we didn't listen and paid a big price! AVOID!
