Poor communication from the very start, left the tenancy over a year ago and have not heard anything back regarding my deposit.
Very strange attitude towards lettings and multiple times during the tenancy people turned up unannounced to view our apartment because it was going to auction.
With the abundance of good estate agents in Manchester, I'd recommend shopping around for a company that treats their clients & tenants with respect and have a more proactive approach to the industry.
