The estate agents were very poor, slow to respond to questions and queries, often requiring multiple call backs in order to get an answer out of them. They charged extortionate agency fees, and 'change of contract' fees. Minimal contact with them throughout the tenancy was their only positive quality. They had to be reminded multiple times that they were required by law to give Tennant's 24hrs notice before veiwings were booked, which they failed repeatedly to do.

The agency are very helpful and responsive. I actually trust them, which is unusal for any agency!
