The agency are incompetent and do not want to deal with issues that ari8se in the house between tenants. These issues arise because of the choice of tennant that you let rooms to. They see £££ rather than who is the right fit for the house.
They also want to be liked by the tenants. I've heard one of the two "client facing" guys come over and talk about me to another tenant not knowing that I was in, all because I dare speak up about issues in the house.
I pay £700+ I dont expect to be living with children who don't understand the concept of a bin.
