Could honestly not have had a worse experience with an agency. From a misleading viewing, to loosing vital paperwork during referencing (GDPR issue here for sure) to constant inadequacies in support throughout the tenancy. I was batted to building management more times than I could count (for a massive leak mid winter), for us wanting to get a smart meter, fo us complaining about yet another leak and yet, when i ask for buildings contact, they had no clue. On top of all this, they were incredibly rude to me and my roommates throughout. Honestly it makes me sick that they took our money and were happy to provide the most horrendous service I have experienced. ALSO they moved us in knowing that the landlord had painted over black mould... me and my flatmate now both have pretty severe athsma. Pretty disgusting in my book. Rent from anywhere else if you can, these guys could not care less about tenants.
