The property was managed directly by landlords Wendy and Max and they've been great and very helpful. Everything got fixed promptly.

Lawson and Thompson are great. I found them helpful and fair throughout. My sole complaint is about their bad habit of alerting residents to inspections with less notice than is strictly mandated. The worst instance of this was being alerted of viewings of our flat with fewer than four hours notice. The regular support and upkeep makes them still a fantastic agency on balance, and by far the bast landlord/agent I've had.
