Frustrating, not at all helpful and unresponsive. Felt like I was dealing with children. They failed to give us important information about the house until we asked about it specifically. They took ages to reply to emails and weren't helpful in the slightest. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone unless you are keen to get angry and frustrated any time you have to interact with them.
