Hunters in West Hampstead and the Hunters property management company leave a lot to be desired. They work very hard to get you in the property, but aren't good at anything else. They took 10 days to repair the fridge, which they ended up replacing. We had two long running boiler problems over the 2.5 years at the flat. Over both winters we lost the boiler for 2 months. Also the new boiler leaked after a poor installation. All through the above Hunters were slow, didn't communicate and didn't organise their contractor. It was up to us to chase the contractor and organise their time. When things went wrong Hunter's internal escalation process repeatedly failed. Hunter's property management staff were over worked, never new what was going on and were constantly apologising. They also said the problem would be the fixed the next day, no matter what the problem was even if they didn't know the root cause. Which left us with many, many, many broken promises. Seems to me they run on a shoe string budget and don't have the people to run their operation properly (unless they are getting money out of you). I will never use Hunters estate agents again. Google reviews for Hunters are very high, if you look at the people leaving the reviews, they are weird accounts, that only leave good reviews against certain types of companies. I.E. Hunter's are paying for favourable reviews. Every 10 reviews or so, is a real stinker, with an experience just like ours.
