Donna & Emma never replied to messages regarding heating & electric not working until rent day which they were happy enough to take our money in CASH and conveniently never had an invoice book for a paper trail. Never picked up the phone in emergencies I.e fire alarms resetting and going off for no reason, black mould in main bedroom & roof coming in.
