Did not clean the house before we moved in. No one from the letting agency attended property since taking it over in the summer. Litter everywhere when we moved in. Many many repairs needed reporting upon moving in which took until almost Christmas to be dealt with after several annoyed emails and phone calls. Letting agent usually blamed landlord. Repairs were done shoddily and cheaply.
