Have multiple emails requesting for a broken chair to be replaced, nothing has been done. Had to ask multiple times for a microwave to be fitted as they had advertised it. They initially denied we had the right to one didn't get one till I had to ask 3 times. Asked multiple times for door stoppers to be installed as other houses have them. Nothing has been done.
No laundry for a term, no compensation.
Gym is not 24/7
No game room, services we are paying for.
False advertising.
