This letting agency is owned by Heidi Emma Rowland who is rude, unprofessional and an absolute shambles. Communication is non existent as she rarely answers calls or texts. She takes absolutely ages to fix reported damages and repairs as she does not have a proper maintenance team. She sends out random handymen and then doesn’t pay them as we had one contact us that she had not paid them! We had to get the council involved eventually, who came to inspect the house and gave her a list of legal requirements to attend to regarding the health and safety of the house. She is still yet to complete these repairs and the house is a fire hazard. Rent prices are not worth the living conditions at all, please avoid this pathetic excuse of a letting agency at all costs if you value your money and mental health.
