Absolutely appalling service, not in the slightest professional & could even be called a crook. A week before my move in date, they told my flatmate and I they no longer wanted students to rent the property, leaving us a matter of days to sort a new accommodation before our course starts. We have ended up paying far more than we wanted for a new place and they have offered 0 compensation for their inability to stick to a signed contract.
