Organised repairs but now want me to pay to have them re-done and do things like fix mould which were there prior to me moving in. There is no way to directly call someone if you need help, neither through phone or email. You have to use an app and they reply when they want. The workers they get to do repairs say they don't pay them properly and were disgusted by the property, saying that it wasn't our fault but the agency's. They include utilities but to such a low cap that they overcharge you out of what you already pay constantly. They say they will have a weekly cleaner but hardly ever had one. WILL TRY TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR DEPOSIT, AS MUCH AS THEY CAN

Worst ever. Watch out for those extra charges. Cleaning toilets etc. when you move out. £150 is what we are due to pay for extra charges. We left the room cleaner than it was. Would not recommend Apartment Wharf at any stage. Worst agency and no real person to talk to. They love throwing extra charges for no reason. STAY AWAY

almost non existent. if something ever happened during the weekend no one would come and fix it until monday if you were lucky but most likely tuesday or wednesday. which is great if you a lot of water leaking through the ceilling spotlights (they told us to just put a bucked under it). landloard's friend kept coming over unninvited, with no notice. sometimes came into my room and started whispring at me whilst i was asleep in my bed
