Fairly easy to contact. Repair services sent out NEVER did the job properly, always half done and would mean calling them back a week later. Repair men giving access to property allowing them to just walk right in without knocking or informing us? Blamed us for a car hitting the house wall causing damage and told us we were to pay, not in our contract and not our fault.
