We were warned about them before taking the house and naively ignored it. After a house fire that rendered the house 'unliveable' according to the council/fire brigade they still wanted us to pay fees and move back even though repairs would take months and we needed alternative accommodation which they did not provide us. I think they're shutting down as their website is down and there only seems to be one woman left at the company. If not, never rent from them.
