We tried contacting the agency multiple times and was only met with hostility and aggression from the start. This lead to in-person confrontation which terrified everyone in the house. They would never respond to emails or text messages, and even tried to pit the tenants against each other by making up lies that we were complaining about each other (which we quickly discovered was not true upon talking to one another). They go by "Cohab Lettings" or "Cohab Services Ltd."
