I wish I could put a 0 honestly. The worst agency I’ve ever rented to. From the start I had nothing but issues with them. From the broken window they never replaced in 3 years to the WiFi that was down for nearly a full month. In addition to that, they’re trying to charge you for cleaning once you leave, which is illegal. I had to get TDS involved to get my entire deposit back. Don’t rent with them, they’re a the worst agency. They’re going to increase your rent every year, the customer service is inexistant.
