In the three years I have lived at this property, the agency has consistently been slow to respond to maintenance issues. The only time communication has been particularly prompt is when it comes to renewing tenancy agreements.
For repairs, I have often had to send multiple emails just to receive a response, which frequently amounts to being told to sort the issue out myself, despite the agency's responsibilities under the tenancy agreement.
Most recently, the broadband has been out of service for over a week. Both the internet service provider and I have explained to the agency that, as the account holder, they need to arrange for a specialist engineer to attend. Despite this, I have again been left to chase the issue myself, with no meaningful action to resolve it.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to take responsibility for maintenance issues have made living here unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly recommend that prospective tenants consider the level of ongoing support they can expect after signing their tenancy agreement.
