Would deflect enquiries to the landlord generally after taking fees, and while attempting to secure the lease handed the keys over 3 days late leaving us homeless for a brief period of time. Rent was high given the state of the property and signalled our desperation in taking it - agent has since (attempted to?) lease the property at around £438pw each room.
