First disguised the state of desrepair. After a lot of pressure from us carried out irrelevant works (basically repainting an infiltrated wall without fixing the source of the issue). After we hired a solicitor, went further in the non sense until harassment (about 200 mails for a 2 years contract). Dishonesty and incompetence are the more relevant qualifiers.
Just a nightmare we are now able to escape from, the lease coming to its end.
