They generally respond fairly quickly to things. However they aren't that reasonable and quite picky about things. They seem to get a lot wrong and need us to point things out for them to make sure they're doing things right.
Not always that good as understanding what repairs need done etc.

Repairs were sometimes slow and unreliably done. At times the repairs were done to a poor quality or done incorrectly. At times the agent never arranged the repair and seemingly forgot about it.
