Can be difficult to work with & need frequent reminders when issues need resolved. Do tend to fix issues eventually, awful at arranging viewings and generally communicating with tenants - incoming tenants showed up expecting a viewing without any communication to us from the agency, they were also late to guide 10+ prospective tenants round the property, leaving us to handle them.

Annoying how we had to pay £100 on paper work fee for no reason. Just a money making scandal. The Agency is okay just a typical business man.
