The scummiest of letting agencies I've ever had to go deal with.

I wish letting agents properly go through the exact same suffering that their tenants go through, and maybe then things will change for the tenants.

The agency is always incredibly difficult to get in touch with. They most often don't return calls or emails. When we first moved in (January) we requested to meet with the agency to show them a long list of things that didn't work - thankfully they met with us and agreed to get in touch again later in the week to follow up on whether they got in touch with the landlord and how the previous tenants had watched tv, as the antenna port doesn't work. From that visit we did not hear from them and have sent over ten emails over January to March, as well as numerous calls to try and follow up on how we can proceed... In March they finally sent a contractor over to prepare a quote for the repairs but we had not heard from the agency since then and we have stopped trying to contact them, in light of Coronavirus, but it would have been nice to know whether the quote was sent to the landlord, maybe let us know our repairs will be seen to upon things going back to normal - some type of communication. We are now living without lights, exposed electrical wires, broken kitchen extractor fan, one shower not working, missing room door handles, broken gate, broken tv antenna connection etc. etc. in what should be a nice house (i.e. it is not low end), and what is supposed to feel like 'our home'. These are things we would have expected to be seen to before we moved in - i.e. we expected the things shown to us in the house to be in working order. The property was not properly cleaned either which we had to request upon moving in...
