The on boarding was fine but after that they were patronising and didn't represent us. After moving in we found that the property was still on the market to be sold and they wanted us to allow viewings. Anything that was wrong in the flat they accused us of causing it despite the fault being down to cheap workmanship. Problems were reported but ignored, they did say that one property manager was moved out of the business.
