Don't plan on getting your deposit back. They aren't transparent in their fees and will charge you additional fees without explanation.
I am now left feeling like my efforts have been disregarded and my trust in your agency's handling of deposits has been eroded. The lack of transparency and the disproportionate charges have significantly marred my experience as a tenant and reflect poorly on the integrity of your agency.
