It is confusing who the landlord is. according to the contract I have make my payments to BLAIR ESTATES LIMITED but the landlord is called 'David' and he does not appear registered in the company.
This person is not easy to approach. sometimes he turns very aggressive when we try to contact him. at the point that we get scared of asking him to fix things.
