The agency was Ludlow Thompson Canada Water, they were really nice and helpful when we signed the contract but after 3 years they evicted me because they said I could not afford the rent. They obligated me to do viewings when I said not several times. I can say they were really rude. They chased me when the council told them they can not give me a check out date while I am renting the place since 3 years ago.
Few months ago, the agency Forxtons bought this agency and I do not have any comment about them at the moment.

They lied during the viewing and contract signing process, claiming that tenants could move out of the flat after 12 months, when in fact this is not possible. On highlighting the unclear wording of the contract which left it vague as to whether the break clause allowed for handing in notice after 10 months and vacating after 12 or handing in notice after 12 or vacating after 14, we were laughed off and told that of course we could be out of the flat after 12 months. For reference, 2 months rent in this (broken), flat is around £3000.
The agency also manages the flat and has failed to help fixing the many issues, further explained in the landlord section. They may also have been concealing the state of the property from the landlord, who has not visited in many years.
