Really hard to get urgent repairs done. Landlord will want you to do all the work. Landlord does not understand their responsibilities e.g. Not leaving tenants without hot water for weeks because they don't want to pay any money out. Will try and falsely claim ridiculous amounts of money against the deposit. Doesn't understand how contracts and the deposit dispute process works, so recommend all correspondence is kept so that any spurious claims can be easily dismissed.
