The landlord is very problematic, rude, stubborn and a liar. There was no possible way to live with him under one roof. It was a real struggle. The tenancy agreement was signed incorrectly. He did not want to return my deposit. I probably need to go to court if he will not return my deposit. Strongly recommend that you do not rent a room from this property landlord.
