The landlords began the tenancy by being very friendly and helpful. However they were very slow to address any issues we raised, e.g. not fixing the electrics and a broken fence which meant we couldn't use the garden. They raised the rent by more than 10% when I was eight months pregnant and when we queried it told us it wasn't a negotiation. When we moved out they attempted to withold our entire deposit; we took the case to arbitration and have so far recouped 70%. Think carefully before renting from these people!
