Knowledge of properties seemed sound, knowledge of people was questionable. His attitude was somewhat guilt-inducing and flippant. Thanks to him however, I now know how to stop an army of slugs with household items…

Landlord was fine to deal with but they definitely did not go out of their way. They were also not very responsive. We felt a bit guilty every time we needed something doing.
