We never met the landlord. He was also hard to get in contact with. Was told he would visit property, in the september after we moved in, however we did not see much change done by him. Refused to replace rusting toilet roll holder and toilet seat. Did not fit or fix locks properly. Ignored black mould. Never cleaned or replaced mattresses.
