Nazrul was nice and got anything that was broken fixed pretty quickly and was very responsive to messages. The main issue with the flat was mice kept getting in- which he set down some rat bait for, but didn’t seal off the holes in the flat so they kept coming in. Otherwise he was a good landlord and if the holes were fixed it would have been a great experience for the price it was.
