If I could give negative points I would. He gave me the creeps, he actually let himself into my flat without notice. I only found out because my boyfriend was round fixing something. He gave me the creeps, as a woman I would not rent from him. Very petty when it comes to money, he still owes me money but I’ve let it go because I just wanted to get out of there.
