The most horrific experience I have ever had with a landlady. Terrible at performing repairs, went months with broken oven and dishwasher, had to sort leaking roof ourselves. Raised rent, didn't provide us with a new contract then evicted us anyway. Extremely unprofessional and from a renting perspective is clueless. Sent harassing messages and threatening emails to intimidate us into sending more money.
