Landlord has been similarly very unsupoprtive of sorting issues. Extremely unflexible towards any requests, failed to provide proper inventory check, which caused some issues at moving out. Threteaned to kick us out when we pushed back on some completely unacceptable actions on her end. All in all a nightmare experience.
