The landlord acted very friendly but unfortunately is not particularly trustworthy, claiming a greater interest in the living conditions than reality. Repair work is carried out cheaply and obsessions over minor cleaning issues are frustrating. He is not practical and doesn't listen to tenant suggestions on day to day maintenance or house improvement ideas, preferring to spend money taking 3rd party advice even if this is not high quality.
