Various promises for repairs, that were never carried out. Broken fridge I replaced at my own expense. Broken cooker took 6 months. Had to use neighbours toilet for 3 months awaiting repair. Landlord is aggressive when you point out issues. Her son is violent. Never returns your deposit.
